What Is The Best Management Style?

An autocratic management style is the most controlling type of management style. This is a very one-sided way of managing people. Personally, we feel that the companies that approach managing this way, will not have happy employees. Although some people really like being told what to do and how to do it, not everyone likes this type. Autocratic managers have a very opinionated viewpoint. Do you know the saying “If you are the smartest guy in the room, find a new room?” This is something we like to live by. Even if you are an expert in one category of life, someone else could always shed some light on it furthermore.

The democratic management style involves managers reaching decisions with the input of the employees but being responsible for making the final decision. There are many variations of this style of management including consultative, participative, and collaborative styles. This style is a very great collaborative mentality. You should be careful because if you have too many people involved then it could waste more time. The best way to go about this is to have a top tier level of executives or inner circle you trust. If you can get a group of unique people that all bring something different to the table, you will have a winning team. Who you surround yourself with at home and at work will help pave your life. Remember; a company is a group of like-minded people who come together to provide a product or service. You want unique people on your team.

The definition of a visionary leader is the persuasion, charisma, and a high emotional IQ. Leaders who practice this management style can articulate a vision for the future, and the path others must take to reach it. We really love having people be innovative and visionaries for their companies and their lives. It is important to have goals and dreams you shoot for that are higher than the average humans. This is what makes the top 1% of the world. People who have the vision for something and execute based on a simple idea. Think about Amazon. This company was a random guy in a tiny office selling books online at one point. Now you can buy anything in the world from what is now one of the biggest companies in the world.

Transformational leadership is a leadership style in which leaders encourage, inspire, and motivate employees to innovate and create change that will help grow and shape the future success of the company. Motivating your peers is something that EVERY company should have. The hard part is that a lot of leaders don’t actually know how to motivate each person properly. We are all different humans and everyone responds according to what best fits their style. Being creative in the way you do things really changes the game in business. Everyone is told to do business a certain way, what if you tried something new and it changed the way everyone does business forever? What if you could change the way your business ran for the better? Wouldn’t you be ecstatic?
